I have just found out I have prostate cancer!
Well what can I say a few weeks ago I didn’t have cancer well now I have. I have just found out that I have prostate cancer so I’m going to use this blog to record the journey, in fact I’m going to call it an adventure. I want this blog to be really positive and I’m going to use the 3 most powerful emotions the human spirit has to fight this. Going to approach it with kindness, positivity and gratitude, the holy trinity of good vibes.

The 1st time had skin cancer was 15 years ago. I then had it back every other year. Had it 6 times. Then did 5 years cancer free. Then had skin cancer again 2 more times. I am now cancer free 5 years. Pray I stay cancer free I have great Doctors. See my Dem. Dr every 6 months
